This beautiful cottage is situated in an idyllic location; listen to the gurgling river as you sit on the decking or drift off to sleep. One minute's walk away over a Victorian swing bridge is an enchanting pebble beach. Here you may see seals, dolphins, salmon, and plenty of seabirds depending on the season. Ideally placed for the North Coast 500, this modernised cottage is warm and cosy with central heating and hot water provided by a biomass boiler, and a wood burning stove for cooler nights.

The Hide is a super get-away for anyone travelling around Scotland on the NC500 or on your own adventure looking for a unique stay. Almost off-grid, it has a comfy bed, central woodburner and spectacular view. It's the perfect stepping stone towards the full off-grid experience, intended for people who are curious about living the off-grid lifestyle but also like to be able to charge their phone, boil a kettle and have a hot shower! The Highland Haven is perfect for those travelling the NC500 or visiting Orkney in a group. Our two rooms have traditional box beds and can sleep up to 10 (4 in one room, 6 in the other), each with Ensuite and an extra wet room. Welcome to a unique and interesting stay for your trip to the Highlands. Unlike most glamping pods, Koya has plug sockets, a real bed with bedding, and a deck area you can sit out on and enjoy the stars. There is a fully equipped communal area with a hot shower, toilet, kitchen facilities and all you need to cook a meal, there's also a fridge and freezer. the kitchen has a microwave, oven, toaster, kettle and hob. Outside is a fire pit, BBQ, coffee machine, & pool table.
