There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

The Little Beeches, best of Coast and Country

The perfect property for a quiet escape in the beautiful North Devon countryside. Close to both Cornish and Devon beaches it really is the best of coast and country. The Little Beeches is a one bedroom cottage which has a luxurious king size bed, shower room with walk in shower. Hay Meadow Farm is a 12th century thatched manor house with origins dating even further back. As mentioned in the Doomsday Book the farm is steeped in history and the cottage with its inglenook fireplaces and exposed wooden beams is brimming with character. Situated in an extremely rural setting the manor house and meadows are very tranquil indeed. Surrounded on three sides by woodland and with meadow on the other, you can really get the sense of privacy and seclusion.
