Please note that there are tenants living in the lower level, but they have a completely separate entrance, and there are no shared indoor spaces.

Backyard has a new propane BBQ (with a bag of briquettes) and outdoor furniture for you to enjoy the established Elder trees.

Secluded home on 35 acres next to Medicine Bow National Forest. 10 minutes to Laramie, 15 min to Curt Gowdy State Park and 35 min to Cheyenne. Beautiful scenery and abundance of deer and elk.
