The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

La villa si trova a soli 3 km dal centro di Genzano di Roma, paese facente parte dei Castelli Romani o Colli Albani. Ci sono 2 stazioni di collegamento, la prima si trova a Cecchina, che dista circa 2 km e mezzo; L'altra si trova a Campoleone, da cui il treno parte per Roma ogni ora ed arriva in soli 20 minuti. I 2 laghi rendono i Castelli davvero affascinanti, il primo più piccolo si trova tra Genzano e Nemi. Il costo delle pulizie finali è di 100 euro da pagare in loco in contanti.

Grazie a questo spazio in posizione strategica, potrete recarvi anche Roma in soli 40 minuti con l’autobus di fronte la casa. L’appartamento si trova sul corso di Genzano di Roma un paesino dei castelli Romani (vedi foto). La costruzione del locale è stata effettuata nel 2022.
