There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. You will have your own walled garden area. It is a converted farm building, and we have attempted to make the best use of the space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in! Ideal for exploring the nearby south west coast path and it’s beautiful beaches Lansallos and Lantic Bay . Talland and Readymoney beach are great for kids . Little Wooda is a small detached open plan cottage with countryside views. It has a king bed, sofa, tv, bathroom with electric shower and kitchen area that includes fridge, combination microwave, kettle, toaster, slow cooker and table top hob. Double doors at the back open up on to a patio with table, chairs, gas bbq, small fire pit and garden beyond. There's an entrance porch area for jackets and shoes and private parking area.
