Clara's cottage is a beautiful grade II listed fisherman's cottage on West Looe Hill. Built early 1800's it is quaint and full of character. Situated just 3 minutes stroll from the harbour and 8 minutes to the beach with fantastic restaurants, pubs & shops all within walking distance. All your needs are catered for within the cottage with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table seats for 4, home from home living area. For those rainy days we have a selection of games, books and DVDs.

It is the ideal base for exploring the whole of Cornwall and the gateway to many beautiful sandy beaches. Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Nestled in a valley in South East Cornwall, staying at Manor offers the chance for a peaceful escape with 300 acres to explore, safe spaces for children to play, chickens wandering free range outside, a trampoline in the orchard, and therapeutic massage and wellbeing workshops.

Wykeham Coach House

Lanreath is a friendly rural village 6 miles from Looe , Polperro or the Bodinnick ferry to Fowey. There are many other places to visit in the area including Bodmin Jail, Charlestown, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Restormel Castle and the Eden project is just 17 miles away. There are plenty of beaches to choose from and many good walking routes. Lanreath has a small shop and Post office that opens in the morning. The Tipsy Cow in Lanreath is the local bar and has occasional entertainment.

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Daymer is a beautiful apartment on the first floor of this historic house. It is available as a one bedroom option for couples but if you are a family, then please see our listing with 2 bedrooms. An ideal location to relax - the garden is a peaceful oasis. Enjoy the beautiful outdoor spaces and the swimming pool on the south terraces in the summer. An excellent location for Cornish gardens, Eden project, historic houses, safe beaches and the coast path. Excellent pub 2 miles away.

The Cottage at Trevelyan -rural Cornwall

The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. Coming by car is essential. It is an old farm building, sympathetically converted using the available space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in!
