The cabin is an approx. 2 acre lot. It is not secluded, but does offer more privacy than most cabins, or resorts. Tree Lights out front and outside Bluetooth speakers add the ambience you'll enjoy. It is 312 sq feet. Small kitchen area, but with a wrap around deck with outdoor ceiling fans, and quality grill, you're all set. There is only smart TV operation with DVD player and a collection of movies. When the spillway gates are opened, the rapids fill the air with that terrific sound.

A spacious laundry room and newly remodeled bathroom. A fire Pit and Outdoor Sitting to enjoy beautiful sunset evenings.

The Cottage is located on a peaceful rural farm. A nice front porch for sitting and watching the amazing Oklahoma sunsets. A large covered back deck for eating, visiting, and watching the sunrise.
