Paradise near the city! Absolutely stunning, peaceful and centrally located modern lake front suite. Only steps to the lake where you can enjoy paddle boarding, swimming and incredible fishing. Located just minutes to all amenities, golf courses and 15 minutes to downtown Victoria. The suite has two bedrooms each with king size beds, one bathroom, media room/office space, full kitchen and full laundry. There is a large outdoor covered patio space with outdoor dining, lounging and BBQ.

You'll be just minutes away from a variety of amenities, including restaurants, hiking trails, lakes, a golf course, Costco, pharmacies, grocery stores, a movie theatre, the Galloping Goose trail and Goldstream Provincial Park. The suite was recently built (1 year old) with the latest design in construction, a full bathroom, laundry and dryer.
