The bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed and work desk. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. Towels, soap and shampoo are supplied. It is in walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, liquor stores, walking trails, lake trout fishing, children’s playgrounds, and more. The exclusive self contained 1100 sq ft legal suite in a newer home on the ground floor with separate entrance with keyless entry and surrounded by landscaped gardens. Your suite is fully equipped with six appliances including Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Washer, Dryer and Dishwasher and is within minutes to forested trails, views, lakes, shopping malls, grocery store, pubs, restaurants. It is 20 minutes from downtown Victoria.
