Our home features a fully fenced back yard for children and pets. There is a charcoal grill available for guests. We are 30 minutes from some of the best golf courses in the state, Crossville. We are located within minutes of both State and Federal parks for hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, horseback riding or just enjoying the great outdoors! The city of Wartburg is located just 10 minutes to our south for convenient grocery shopping or dining. And the city of Oak Ridge is an additional 20 minutes away.

If you are a history buff, the Alvin C York State Historic Park, historic Rugby and Brushy Mountain State Penitentiary are all must sees. Conveniently located 5 mins off I-40 from either exit. This is a listing to book the lower half of my home that has been newly renovated with private entrance. Although I am huge pet lover, pets are not allowed.
