IMPORTANT - the nature of our property, and the limits of our insurance, mean, regretfully, we are unable accommodate children below nine years, nor accept pets. Strictly NON-SMOKERS only.

Kendal is 9 miles from Windermere which makes it a great base for exploring The Lake District.
