The 801 Cottage

Just a short drive to the Colorado Bend State Park! This home can sleep up to 6 guests W/ the fold-down couch. Shop Antiques on the square or visit one of our many nearby wineries! We offer a 2 hr early arrival convenience fee of $35, allowing for check-in at 1:00 PM. Confirmation must be made with the host. Pet friendly ( pets must be crated inside the home when left alone ). $40 pet fee. Please don’t try to sneak a dog in, April the housekeeper will know and a pet fee will be assessed.

Ranch Guest House

The Ranch Guest House is a private adobe home positioned on a working ranch in the beautiful Texas hill country. Just a couple miles outside of Burnet we’re close enough to make a quick trip to town and just far enough away to enjoy the peaceful countryside. The Guest House is located on a small hilltop overlooking cattle grazing land giving us amazing sunrises and sunsets to enjoy as well as plenty of wildlife. It has a King sized bed, a queen sized bed, 2 twin beds (1 trundle), and a sofa bed. Perfect for work groups, couples, and families - holds up to 5. Large, fenced yard with a bbq and enough space for kids and adults to play. Has a ping pong table in the garage, as well. There are 2 parks with playgrounds, walking trails close by.
