Enjoy walking on our forest trails, have a soak in our wood-fired hot tub, take our inflatable boat out for a paddle, or go explore the countless hiking trails nearby. Located just off a groomed snowmobile trail, this is a perfect home base for snowmobilers, ice fishermen and cross-country skiers in the winter time.

This charming timber-frame beach house offers a cozy, escape just a 1-minute walk to lake and sandy beach. Relax in a cozy, beach-inspired cottage, only a couple blocks from downtown, the boardwalk and beach. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults, with a queen-size bedroom and queen-size trundle bed in the living room. During the summer, the guest cottage also sleeps two guests. Enjoy relaxing in a screened gazebo, bbq dining on the large sunny deck, or enjoying an evening around the firepit. The cottage is wifi-enabled with Chromecast TV, a full kitchen and linens.

The Hobbit House (Hot Tub)

This guest suite with a private entrance, is attached to our main house, where your hosting family lives. It's located in a quiet part of town tucked into the trees with a river and walking path across the street. It would be perfect if your travelling here for work or just need a relaxing getaway. This guest suite was once a chicken coop, now turned into a modern mid-century style house that we lovingly have called the Hobbit House because of it's low ceilings.

Camp Out

Escape from the city to enjoy a night or two of camping without the hassle of packing or setting up a tent. Enjoy a private setting behind a house in the country. This camp out features a screened in porch, cozy double bed, a kitchenette fully stocked, a bbq and a private fire pit with the sun setting on the countryside. There is a outdoor shower with warm water / composting toilet

Isolated GLAMPING on the shore of Lake Winnipeg

Nearly 2 acres located on the West Shore of Lake Winnipeg, Our Mill Creek Cottage is the perfect hide-a-way from the grind. The cottage is a 1br building with loft. The loft is open air and has 2 beds accessible by ladder. This cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 people who are out for a weekend get-away, hunting or fishing. The cottage has a wood burning stove and in-suite laundry.

La Chabola (provide your own linens/towels)

Here is another option to stay in, right in Steep Rock. No dusty back roads to drive down and just a few minutes away from the lake. Its a private lot and has two entrances, so no need to turn around. Its minimalist style will be great for people who enjoy camping. Plenty of outdoor space and privacy.
