Tuft and Needle mattress, Roku Tv, Fellow/Chemex/Keurig coffee setup w/ locally roasted beans (upon request), wifi, work table, propane grill, and large porch table to gather for a meal.

Two dogs allowed no cats or other animals. Pet fee of $25 non refundable.
