It is a very unique "round house" in a quiet cove on beautiful Lake Hamilton. It has 3 BR/2.5B. Outdoor areas include an a large lower deck with dining and seating areas, a *BRAND NEW* hot tub, a fire pit, and a grilling area. Located about 15 minutes from downtown, you can have the peace and seclusion of the lake without sacrificing the attractions of Hot Springs.

It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and just a short drive from all Hot Springs has to offer. There is a private covered boat dock for you to use - you can rent a boat or bring your own! Enjoy the sunset and beautiful views while soaking in our hot tub on the outdoor deck. Come leave all of your worries and relax in our peaceful retreat any time of year!

Come play on the lake or just relax and enjoy the view with a beautiful sunset in this spacious Lake Hamilton home. The house is conveniently located to everything Hot Springs has to offer. Shopping, dining, Oaklawn Racing, and historic downtown are all less than 10 minutes away. This three-bedroom home is fully furnished and has all the amenities. We don’t charge if you bring your pet, but we ask that you only bring up to two pets. Please note that parties/large gatherings are not allowed.

It is a 5 bedroom house that has a designated play room and theater room. Four of the five bedrooms are include a flat screen TV with satellite. There are two large decks, which have ample seating and hammocks around the area. The backyard features close access to the lake, boat dock, two kayaks, a fire pit, charcoal grill, and a hot tub.
