(I am in process of updating my photos, )The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. It is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere.. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". ( I also have a guestroom in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2 ) I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below..

Rental Agreement & Waiver required. 8 PEOPLE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY STRICT NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Sorry NO WIFI. HotSpot will access internet.

Build your best sandcastle! Beautifully serene in our off seasons, which is my personal favorite time to be there but we love it when it's busy too! Roast s'mores in the firepit, play volleyball, fish off the dock...really great cove for kayaking! Or just use as a launch pad for Hill Country exursions.

Outside you have your own charcoal grill and picnic table. We offer boat rentals right on the beach and are near hiking trails, cave tours, zip lines, waterfall cruises and wineries.

Great swimming and fishing off the bank. Enjoy large fire pit by the water . Sleeps 2-4 and is fully contained . You can sit and enjoy the porch swing or light your fire pit. The swimming pool never closes. We rent another cabin and RV so it is possibly shared .
