The cabin is located in a quiet mountain area with land to play games, sip coffee on the deck watching the sun rise, relax at the fire pit roasting s'mores watching the sun set, and listening to the Colorado River. You will not find a better view of Grand Lake than from the patio of this cozy, mountain lake home. From sunrise to sunset, firework shows, fly overs and wildlife viewing - you can’t beat it. This is a VERY well stocked mountain retreat owned and managed by me - Pickles! It’s one of my favorite places to visit and when I’m not - I love to share it with you! **Smoking is not tolerated in or near the residence. Welcome to our Granby Ranch condo! Great access to skiing, hiking, biking, fishing and golf. Guests also have access to the outdoor pool and hot tub at the base of the ski mountain (small fee required)as well as a free tub in our complex. Unit has a master bedroom with a queen sized bed. FYI-I don’t accept any reservation requests without confirming the cleaning arrangements first. Our STR permit # is 006840.
