Welcome to Fern Beach Hideaway on Lake Melissa! This new construction 2 bed, 1 bath is an above-garage unit next to main house of owners. It is well-appointed w/ new stainless appliances, 2 queen beds, TV's in main living room & bedrooms. Keurig coffee & maker in breakfast bar w/ dining table. Other outdoor amenities are a wood burning firepit, hammock, private propane BBQ grill, lilly pad, standup paddle board, kayak, private outdoor dining table/chairs and a dock for swimming or to fish.

Lake home guest suite retreat!

We love living on the lake and are so happy we get to share it! The guest suite is the walk-out lower level of our home built on Little Cormorant Lake outside of DL. 1 bedroom with queen bed and very large bonus room that sleep up to 7 on the bunk beds. Private bathroom, living room with fireplace and bar (complete with fridge, sink and dishwasher). Brand new kitchen with quartz countertops and custom bar top. Wake up to gorgeous views of the lake and get ready for a fun and relaxing time!

Tree House

The Tree House, an upstairs dwelling, is in a peaceful setting. A unique topography supports numerous species of wild life including nearly 200 species of birds. The Tree House is located near the head waters of the Mississippi river, Tamarac National Wild Life Refuge, Detroit Mountain Recreation Area, golf courses, casinos and North Country Trail. A full kitchen and a comfortable indoor setting makes a lovely getaway. The rock fire pit is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Little Floyd Lake House: You can’t get any closer to the lake than this! Enjoy sunsets and s’mores by quiet, clear waters after swimming in the hard bottom swimming area. Pontoon available for rent. A rural home near lakes country in Becker County. 15-minute drive to Detroit Lakes beach and Zorbaz 12-minute drive to Wefest at Soo Pass Ranch 45-minute drive to Fargo/Moorhead Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. *PLEASE NOTE* This property is near Little Cormorant Lake but does not have lake or shore access, however there is a public access with a boat launch one mile south if you’d like to bring your own boat, pontoon, jet ski, etc.

Quiet Camper

Enjoy nature’s beauty from the deck or walk down to the bench overlooking the lake. This quiet property offers close to 6 acres of wooded trails, a boat access, canoe, 2 older kayaks, a horse shoe pit and 2 frolf holes and 2 fire pits. It is not a great swimming lake and there is no real good sandy beach to use, but you could see some amazing wildlife. This 1 bedroom camper offers lots of opportunities to enjoy the beauty that comes with the lakes of Minnesota.

The Haven

The Haven is a perfect getaway for the whole crew! Located in the lakes area in-between Vergas and Frazee (about 10 minutes from Perham) this newly renovated gem has an open space downstairs and upstairs. Spacious bathroom, big gather room, open bedroom concept, and laundry room. Winter time favorites in the area include snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ice skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and bingo nights at Billy's Bar in local town of Vergas.
