Minutes from historic downtown Montgomery & Lake Conroe. Short drive to College Station, Huntsville, The Woodlands. Walk to the nearby Lone Star Hiking Trail or bring kayaks for fun on the lake.

Cute “not so tiny" tiny house that is light, bright and especially clean. This cozy cottage is 75 feet away from the main house on our 6 acres of trees with a seasonal creek, birds, squirrels and deer. Nestled against the trees and backing the creek, enjoy the deck with your morning coffee or star gazing at night. Our country paradise is 10 minutes from city conveniences with plenty of restaurants and movie theaters. Enjoy Old Town Montgomery and The Woodlands, both just 15 minutes away.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect to whip up your gourmet meals. It also has a private hot tub tucked on the back of this quiet retreat. Perfectly located next to our glistening stocked pond.

Come enjoy a private pond, sand volleyball, bbq'n, horse shoes, corn hole, etc. Our unit sleeps 4. One bedroom queen w/ bathroom within queen bed sleeping quarters. There is also a futon w/ a nice mattress in kitchenette area. We have a fully stocked kitchenette w/ Keurig, pots & pans, grill w/ cooktop, etc. An outdoor shower to wash off all the fun, along w/ an outdoor bathroom. It is located on a 5 acre gated property completely fenced in. We recently screened in the porch too!
