Welcome to our beautiful, modern home and casita on a 12,000sf private, walled lot. The home is bathed in sunlight all day long. Enjoy the garden and salt water pool in total privacy. The main house has a huge living space, open kitchen, separate TV room, two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and laundry room. The 500sf casita is set away from the house, and looks out onto the garden and pool. We have a 6-night minimum stay requirement, and do not make exceptions. Come stay with us for a while!

Cute studio in Ajijic

Guanajuato is a charming studio in the heart of Ajijic. Note that due to low ceilings the suite is not suitable for tall people and that the bed is double-sized and may feel a bit small for two adults sharing. Only two blocks from the main square at the San Andres church, and two blocks from the lake Chapala boardwalk it is a brief walk to numerous restaurants, galleries, various kinds of shopping and more. As a guesthouse we have housekeeper with onsite presence Monday through Saturday.
