Just feet from the 2-story dock that stretches out onto Lake Brownwood. **The dock is a shared space for all three houses on the property. Please note that we do have outdoor surveillance cameras on the property**

Rustic charm with amazing views. 2 private bedrooms, One queen bed and one full. 2 sets of bunks outside of bedrooms for extra sleep space. The top bunks are rated for 80lbs so the house is set up for 6 adults and 2 children. 3 lots for playing and relaxing. Dock for fishing, swimming or boat parking.

One bedroom, one bath efficiency apartment. You have the whole apartment to yourself. It is approximately 560 sq ft. It is close to Howard Payne University and town. Quiet neighborhood and quiet neighbors. There is a covered parking space in the back of the house. You can sleep 2 people here, maybe 1 on the couch in the living room. There is a King size bed in the bedroom.
