There is a main house (Sunset Haven at Lake Blackshear) & a guest house (Backyard Cottage at the Lake). This listing is for a combo of main & guest houses. Approximately 10 miles off I-75 & 7 minutes by car to Georgia Veteran’s State Park.

Welcome to our home on Lake Blackshear! We are located in a cove at the northern tip of the lake, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). Its beautiful country life so come enjoy it with us! It is duckweed season! Duckweed is a harmless (annoying) green plant that thrives in still water like our cove. It floats on top of the water and is a nuisance. Please see photos for reference during this season.
