There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

Si tratta di una casa indipendente con due camere da letto luminose: una con letto singolo e una con letto matrimoniale. La prima presenta una finestra mentre la seconda dispone di un balcone. La casa, inoltre, dispone di un soggiorno con tv, due poltrone e un frigobar, un bagno e due ulteriori stanze che non essendo ancora pronte, possono essere sfruttate per qualsiasi esigenza (ripostiglio ecc).
