It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. Luxury holiday home located in Ladram bay with sea views, close to all the parks amenities in a quiet location. The lodge has 2 private parking spaces (+ extra passes) a small garden area and the most spectacular views that can be enjoyed from the balcony around the lodge. Inside you will find a modern interior; two bedrooms, one with an ensuite toilet, sink and shower then a separate family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge that leads onto an expansive decking area.

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

Stonybrook is a privately owned static caravan in the award winning holiday park of Ladram Bay, on the beautiful Jurassic Coast. Spacious private decking with stunning views of fields and sea. There is furniture on the deck to enjoy meals and also a patio area with seating for relaxing. A few minutes walk from the park amenities (swimming pool, arcade, shop, restaurant, cafe, fish & chip shop, and more) and beautiful beach. There are plenty of walking routes and nearby places to visit.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The Old Orchard

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. With no neighbours you really have found heaven on earth. Being the highest house in Branscombe you have an uninterrupted view of the coast through the rolling hills. Luxury begins and ends here, with huge beds and top quality bedding we ensure you have the perfect nights sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped. Step out of bifold doors and breathe in the fresh coastal air and relax. Sadly no children under 10 permitted.

The Wildflower Retreat: vegan B&B

Our vegan-run B&B is a really peaceful, tranquil space, surrounded by countryside & river walks & just 3 miles from Sidmouth sea front. You'll find games & books in the room, or enjoy chilling with the radio or Netflix, Disney or Prime. There's also a little beach hamper in the wardrobe! There are chairs & a little table on your patio, ideal for spotting wildlife! Children must be 12+ as we have a large wildlife pond.
