Family Stay/Work From Home-Indianapolis & Purdue

Experience the laid back, friendly lifestyle of Thorntown, IN while having access to Indianapolis and Lafayette! Take a walk or bike the ten-mile heritage trail. Walk to Stookey’s for drinks and food! More restaurants and bars are a ten minute drive. Sugar Creek Art Gallery next door. Downtown Indy, Children’s Museum, and Indpls Motor Speedway are each 35-40 minutes. Purdue University is 28 miles. A percentage of reservation fees are donated toward housing for refugees, evacuees, and homeless.

This room is a good value. It is close enough to Indianapolis yet peaceful, clean, quiet, and private. We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. Experience a relaxing stay, spending time watching chickens happily foraging or barn animals as they graze in the pasture. Mimi's Country Cottage

Quaint, quiet and cozy cottage set in a tranquil park like setting with all the amenities of home. Ten minutes to Shades State Park and twenty minutes to Turkey Run State Park. A great place to stay for the Covered Bridge Festival. 15 minutes to Wabash College, 25 minutes to DePauw University, 45 minutes to Purdue. We live on site and our back door is approximately 600 ft. from from the Airbnb. At this time we do not allow pets. We clean the cottage in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Grandpa’s Cabin at Heidenreich Hollow offers exclusive lodging on our hilly 5 acre wooded property. We offer a peaceful getaway from life while being right in the middle of both Indianapolis and Bloomington! Our quiet rustic cabin has a loft bedroom with stair access that includes a King size bed, 2 twin beds and an air mattress. The Upper Room

Located in Crawfordsville's downtown historic district. This cozy apartment is four blocks from Wabash College. Eight downtown restaurants and a coffee shop are all within 3-5 blocks. The unit has a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, a living room, and HDTV. It has a private entrance, a small kitchenette, clean bathroom, and street parking. Within easy driving distance to Purdue University, downtown Indy, the annual Covered Bridge Festival in Parke County and Turkey Run State Park.

Red House Guesthouse

Relaxing guesthouse in peaceful country setting with local deer herd visiting frequently. Close to Shades and Turkey Run State Park and Wabash College. Great location for Covered Bridge Festival, and wedding venues. We live on site with our 2 chocolate Labradors. The guesthouse has a private entrance and private outdoor deck facing the woods. Entire living space is handicapped accessible including large bathroom with walk in shower. Cleaning is in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Residences at Knights Hall, Unit B

Newly renovated 2 bedroom loft in a historic building in Waynetown. Large open living space with plenty of space to relax, hardwood floors and original woodwork. This property too unique to describe properly. Waynetown is 1 mile from Interstate 74 for easy overnight access. No traffic, no light - 2 minutes and you can get gas before you get back on the highway. There is a gas station, grocery store, post office and bank all within walking distance of the unit. No smoking or pets.

We look forward to welcoming you to a private suite that is the guest quarters in our home. You’ll have a private entrance & 3 rooms to yourself. There’s a living room with a table and chairs, a bedroom with a queen-size bed - nightstands, dresser and closet space with hangers for your use - and a newly remodeled full bathroom. There’s also a kitchenette in the hallway which is an antique Hoosier Cabinet equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot, and hot water pot.
