Great for skiing in winter - hiking & biking in summer 2 minutes to the supermarket, 7 minutes to Ardent/Avoriaz ski gondola with free parking . The 200 year old farm house has been renovated to a very high standard and is just full of Alpine character with fabulous beams, lots of luxury furniture and fittings. L'appartement de 28 m2 se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de notre chalet dans un endroit calme et préservé. Il se situe à 3 km du centre de Morzine et à proximité de l'express des Prodains. L'hiver, il est possible de partir du chalet skis aux pieds pour rejoindre l'arrêt de bus direction Morzine ou Avoriaz via des navettes gratuites (arrêt proche du chalet). Le retour d'Avoriaz peut se faire à skis. Des sentiers pédestres au départ du chalet sont accessibles. Idéal pour 2 à 3 personnes.
