The hosts live in the house on the upper floor, but they do not use any of the garden facilities and all facilities such as the seasonal pool, barbecue, table football, darts, sun terrace and relaxation area are exclusively available for the guests. There are small markets, restaurants and cafes nearby.

Dazu gehört auch ein großer beheizter Infinity-Pool zur alleinigen Benutzung und ein großzügige Outdoor-Küche mit Grill. Hinweis: Der Pool kann von April bis Oktober beheizt werden.
