Benvenuti a Montevento! La porzione di casa in affitto fa parte di un antico casale in sasso risalente al 1600. Luogo perfetto per immergersi nella natura, ci troviamo a 700 mt s.l.m. , ai margini di un castagneto secolare e del bosco. E' possibile godersi varie passeggiate tra cui il sentiero CAI 422c Dragodena-Vedettola passante davanti alla casa. Raggiungibile solo attraverso mezzi privati, dista 45km da Bologna, 48km da Modena e 100km da Firenze. La strada di accesso al casale è asfaltata.

Al piano primo, raggiungibile con una singolare scale a chiocciola in legno , si trovano una camera matrimoniale ed una cameretta con due letti singoli ed un bagno . Dispone di un cortile ed una terrazza in cui potreste riposarvi .

All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.
