ATLANTIC SPIRIT

A dream house built by the artist and architect Antonio Padrón, architect inspired by the famous artist from Lanzarote, Cesar Manrique, situated on one of the most beautiful beaches of Fuerteventura. Surrounded by peaceful little bays, sand and the Atlantic Ocean, this beach house is an oasis for all those who love the sea and are looking for a holiday far away from mass tourism. The house is located right on Los Lagos beach. It is a charming and special house, with a beautiful organic architecture. It consists of an open dining room at the entrance, bathroom, kitchen and sleeping room with 2 beds on the first floor, and another double bedroom on the second floor, with a beautiful little balcony for relaxing moments watching the beach or reading... One of the nicest spot of this house is the dining area in the garden, built below the floor level! It offers privacy and lets you enjoy the peace of this place... The house works with a solar system for energy supply, so we will very much appreciate awareness of its consumption! About El Cotillo ……El Cotillo is a fisherman village on the north west coast of Fuerteventura. It offers beautiful and very different beaches on both sides of the village. The area around the old harbour is particularly pleasant with its restaurants, cafés and few shops. The village is very quiet and has fortunately not been “invaded” by mass tourism, as some other places in Fuerteventura. Having long walks on the sand, biking on small roads or hiking on volcanoes are some of the activities you can enjoy from here. El Cotillo offers all basic facilities (supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars,...) and is only 20 km away from more touristic places like Corralejo. Finally, please note that renting a car is the best option in order to visit the island and to come to this house! We look forward to welcoming you!

Casa Rustica

In Casa Rustica, which is at the west coast of Fuerteventura, 2-4 persons find a beautiful, calm place to escape from the mass tourism and have an unobstructed, amazing sea view to obtain the relaxation you deserve in your holiday. The house is based on an old Spanish water storage. The external ,up to 1 meter thick wall stones give an unique and incomparable look to the house and give a constant climate care in the indoor. The house is located about 80 meters from the main house. The inside was adapeted to the exterior rustic style, to create a warm and coyz atmosphere (stone walls in the living and bedroom). A big, seperated bedroom with a 1,80x2m bed give you a pleasant sleep. For an occupancy of 3 to 4 people there is a rustic and massive loft bed in the living room with a 1,60x2m wide mattress to disposal. Also nice for kids to climb and play. If the loft bed is too high, there is also the possibility to open the sofa bed to sleep on “normal” height. The bathroom with marble tiles is accessible from the bedroom and also from the living area, so that nobody gets disturbed. The kitchen with ceramic gas hob (4 plates), an exclusive kitchen sink,a fridge with a freezer and the best cooking utensils makes it possible for you to cook everything you want. There is also a toaster, a mircowave with grill and a coffee machine. At the outside you find a stone brick barbecue to enjoy your meat and/or fish which you can eat on your terrace with sea view. Who nevertheless need to retrieve his e-mails on vacation or need to work, has a free wireless (ADSL) Internet access. In the seperate boxroom you find a washing machine, which you can use, of course for free.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

Se encuentra en una parcela de 500m2. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de 2x2. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de 0,80x2, convertible en cama doble de 1,60x2. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama nido. La cocina está totalmente equipada. El salón-comedor es muy amplio. Tiene grandes cristaleras con acceso a su amplia terraza y piscina, tiene una gran luminosidad durante todo el día. Desde ahí mismo se pueden apreciar las vistas al mar, a la vez que unas increíbles puestas de sol.

Das Haus wurde in den 1980er Jahren erbaut und von Architekturzeitungen ausgezeichnet. Das Hauptappartement ist halbkreisförmig angelegt. Glasschlitze zwischen den Wänden und der Decke lassen den ganzen Tag Licht ins Haus. Das Studio ist rund und liegt direkt am Pool und der Sauna. Gegenüber liegt der Bungalow, neben dem Yoga Podest und der rustikalen Außenküche. Im kanarischen Garten gibt es ein weiteres Appartement. Von der Terrasse mit Kamin hat man einen fantastischen Meerblick.

Perched in front of a valley near Ugán beach, Casa Liu connects with its surroundings both literally and emotionally.
