Casa Centrica de 85 metros cuadrados a un solo nivel. Cita en la Calle principal de la Ciudad de Santa Cruz de la PAlma , tiene supermercado y Farmacia a 20 metros de la Casa. Bajando la calle esta la playa a unos 200 mts. Es una edificación protegida del año 1900 e. Todas las paredes son en piedra natural. En su dia fue una casa desde 1900 hasta 1925 para después ser un colegio de 1925 a 1968. Tenemos 4 camas en us solo espacio, con Cocina Completa. Baño muy amplio con lavadora y secadora.
