In the heart of the village. The back 1 bedroom cottage of a 1920's bungalow in downtown La Jolla. Restaurants, cafes, movie theater, and more are all within a couple blocks walk. Walk 10 minutes to the ocean. Schools are located on either side of the property, so there are sounds of playing children until the afternoon but peaceful evenings. Bus stop for the 30 line on the corner, that runs to LJ Shores beach, UCSD and Pacific Beach. Off-street parking. Owner lives in front bungalow.

RENOVATED…Studio with separate entrance in gated property 6 blocks from beach in Pacific Beach. Bikes now available! Ask host for details. Sleeps 3, amenities include a queen bed and a fold single bed couch with full bath, small fridge, microwave, smart TV, 100mbps WiFi and air conditioning. Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool, outside shower and BBQ. Pets are welcome. There is a $50 fee per pet per stay. The studio is attached to the pool house.
