Located in the heart of the country, Oakbrook Akers Cabin is an absolute retreat! Relax on the many porches overlooking the pond, take time to meander to the docks to fish, enjoy s'mores over the stone fire pit or spend the evening at the grilling station in our covered patio. In the winter, tuck yourself away in the cozy cabin complete with a wood burner, having a movie or game night (with popcorn of course)! Built by my father, we hope you cherish your time spent here just as our family has.

The unit is located one block from the Mississippi River. Walking distance to several restaurants and pubs. Iowa welcome center is in the Port of Burlington on the river just east of the unit.

An off the grid whimsical gem in the Ten Acre Treehouse forest! "The Captains Quarters". This is the 2nd treehouse in rural Nauvoo. A lot of the same touches found in "The Whitetail". This treehouse is a full 2 story, 400 sq foot, and features second story bedroom, sleeper sofa on the first floor, small kitchen area with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, plates, silverware, cups and a sink!

This super cute one bdrm apt is located DT and is conveniently on the ground floor. (mobility friendly). This uniquely decorated space is off of the alley so you won't be bothered by the trains (although the depot is right across the road). You will also have a great view of the river while enjoying the beautiful court yard. The space boasts a historic Iowa State Penitentiary decor. Pictures, history and unique features will immerse you into one of the draws of SE Iowa.

Emma’s Cottage is close to great views, family-friendly activities, Nauvoo sites and the Historic Nauvoo Temple. It is good for couples, families, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
