Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich die Post und ungefähr hundert Meter weiter ein großer Supermarkt, die Apotheke sowie mehrere Cafés und andere Geschäfte. Das Haus ist ideal für eine große Familie oder für eine Gruppe von Freunden, denn es hat drei kleine Apartments, in denen insgesamt 6 Erwachsene und bis zu 4 Kinder untergebracht werden können.
