En rez-de-jardin d'un chalet à 15mn du domaine skiable de Manigod (liaison skiable La Clusaz), et 25mn d'Annecy. Le propriétaire vit dans le chalet au dessus mais le gîte est totalement indépendant et sans espaces communs ni avec d'autres locataires, ni avec les hôtes. Parking 2 voitures. Possibilité option ménage à régler sur place : 30€.

Accès en voiture par 2,3 kilomètres de route en pierres puis 10 minutes à pied. Dénivelé de 100 mètres en contrebas du parking de stationnement du gîte Le Mègevan. Location possible de mai à octobre. À la semaine du samedi au samedi pour juillet et août. Prix majoré de 5€ /jour/animal.
