Immerso nella campagna toscana, all'interno del parco naturale del torrente Pavone, è situata l’antica dimora rurale Pian di Cava. La casa dispone di tre appartamenti indipendenti, la Casa Verde, la Rossa e la Blu. Pian di Cava è un'ottima base per percorsi culturali, enogastronomici, e per trascorrere giornate di completo relax. Il podere è carbon free e consente la ricarica di veicoli elettrici La Casa Verde è sita al piano terra, è composta da due camere da letto, soggiorno, cucina e bagno.

L'appartamento si trova a piano terra, nel centro storico di Massa Marittima, ad appena 100 metri dalla piazza del Duomo. E' facilmente raggiungibile da tutti i parcheggi del centro storico ed a pochi passi si possono trovare: bar, ristoranti, banche, alimentari una pasticceria ed una farmacia. L'abitazione di recente ristrutturazione di 68m, ha una entrata indipendente ed è composta: da una cucina con angolo cottura, una camera matrimoniale, un soggiorno con divano letto ed un bagno.
