国際交流施設として、主に海外の方と地域との交流、地域活性化を目的にオープンしました。こちらの静かでおしゃれなお部屋で、のんびりとおくつろぎいただき、歩いて２分で「日本の渚百選」に選ばれた「萩の浜」を散策、またサイクリングもできます。自転車２台、滞在期間中、無料でご使用可能、75インチの大型スクリーンでNetflix＆DAZNの視聴、暖炉もあります。WIFI完備です。施設前の庭でのBBQは禁止ですが、車で3分程度の湖岸近くに貸切ＢＢＱスペース（別途予約）あります。萩の浜との間にあるビーチ前駐車場（無料）は、チェックインの前(10-15)、チェックインの後（10-15)、事前予約性ですがご利用できます。閑静な住宅街の中にあり、夜八以降は庭での食事や大きな声での会話はご近所迷惑となりますのでご遠慮いただいておりますので、ご理解のほどよろしくお願い申し上げます。 また、当施設は琵琶湖マリンスポーツクラブと提携しており、SUP、カヤックなどの申込受付しています。冬場は車で30分程度の距離に4ヵ所のスキーを楽しめる場所もございます。雄大な琵琶湖で夏はマリンスポーツ、冬はスキーを楽しんでください。
