The cottage is pet friendly and self-catering. There is no WiFi but there is cell reception. Some activities to keep you busy during your stay on the farm include: fishing, walking, bird viewing and cycling. The cottage is situated next to a dam. Wildlife like reedbuck and kudu are often spotted from the bedroom windows or porch. Birdlife like the Verreaux's eagle and fiery-necked nightjar are often spotted. The self-catering cottage is fully-equipped and run completely off-the-grid with solar power, a gas oven and hob and a solar-powered water geyser.
