Boplaas Cottage

Boplaas Guest Cottage is in the quiet, pretty & friendly suburb of Bothas Hill. It is a sunny home & has a calm & peaceful feel. It is a small but active cut flower home industry so you get to enjoy our stunning proteas when in bloom. We are in walking distance of Kearsney College, a laundry, a pub, a hairdresser a chemist & restaurants. There are various restaurants & cafes & places of interest in the area which are all listed in our 'book of places to visit'. We look forward to meeting you.

MacLeod House Guest Cottage-Nature lovers' getaway

MacLeod House Guest Cottage is a self-contained stone cottage nestled on the edge of the Krantzkloof Nature Reserve. The open plan accommodation is decorated in an Edwardian style but with all the modern conveniences you might require. The cottage overlooks the magnificent Krantzkloof gorge. There is an abundance of bird life for birding enthusiasts and a tranquil setting in which to relax whilst enjoying the sound of the Nkonka Falls directly below the property. A 'must see' for nature lovers.

Upstairs on Impangele

Next to Makaranga (currently closed), the unit has 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The kitchen area has a table & chairs, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, induction cooker, air fryer & microwave. Stocked with tea, coffee & sugar. Each of the rooms have a king size bed which can be split into 2 singles, so can sleep 4 people. One of the bedrooms has an aircon & the other a fan and heater. Deck has a bistro table & chairs as well as a daybed for relaxing. Off street parking for 1 car.

Container Cottage

Come and experience the cute little 20ft shipping container that has been turned into a cozy stay for a single or couples. The functional kitchen with all the basic necessities will be all you need to create a romantic dinner, or even just a coffee for yourself - both of which can be enjoyed with a tree-top view from the deck. The shower is surprisingly spacious and the gas geyser ensures hot water always. This space aims to delight and invoke a sense of serenity as you focus on the basics.

The private entrance with allocated parking, gives you privacy and peace of mind. The ensuite bathroom has access to a very spacious and comfortable bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is a separate open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge has a sleeper couch for the kids.
