Conveniently located 3 miles from I-24 Exit 31. Large dog run in the back yard!

Beautiful Land Between the Lakes Recreational area is just a 10 minute drive. Or just stay right on site and enjoy the hot tub and the peaceful “City in the Woods” that is Kuttawa.

Seclusion with the Lake a step away....

It is one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home, with no cleaning fee because we want you to treat it as you would your home. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.

Mermaid Cottage

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. We are located four houses up from marina , so a 5 minute walk. Also 2 beautiful walking trails a park with playground and beach. This has a galley kitchen and roomy sitting area. It is a studio with a beachy flair! Bring your beach towels and kayaks and there’s room for a boat too or rent one! A 1/2 mile to many restaurants and water park. There’s also a canopy with out door sitting area.

Home Sweet Home Country Cottage

Comfortably furnished and private one room cottage with a full kitchen and bathroom. It has a queen sized bed that sleeps 2 and a twin bed that can sleep 1. The property is located on 20 acres of timber. Deer are regularly seen in the beautiful backyard. There is a grill on the patio that guests may use. It has central heat and air and ceiling fans. It is three miles from Kentucky Lake. There is no WiFi or cable, but we do supply dvds and VHS tapes.

With a beautiful view of Kuttawa harbor on Barkley lake and a short walk to the Hu-Bs & the marina, this condo is perfect for your family vacation at the lake! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need & you can choose to dine inside or enjoy the view of the marina and lake while sitting on the patio. Or even take a 5 minute walk and eat at Hu-B's @ Kuttawa.

North Bend Lake House @ Lake Barkley

This stylish place to stay is perfect for family getaways. A fisherman’s dream vacation. Bird watchers paradise. An artist retreat with views to paint or write songs about. Most importantly it is a wonderful escape from the hustle & bustle of the city. Less than 2 hours from Nashville! As of 2/28 we have ordered a Tornado Shelter. Installation will happen in 4-6 weeks.
