Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

There are concrete and rocky beaches in front of house! You’ll love my place: clean sea, beautiful view on Pag, green shades. It's great for couples and families: there is variety of one day destinations to visit within 1-2 hour drive. We are close to Karlobag (10 min), Pag (30 min by ferry), Senj (1 hour) and Zadar (1,5 hour).
