A simple accommodation and a great place to relax in a central location in Karlsruhe between the main train station, the ‘Kongresszentrum’ and the market square. It’s situated off the main road in a green and quiet industrial oasis with a courtyard. A 100 m² of unrenovated loft space with bathroom/shower and a small kitchen. Please be aware that there is no central heating. However, there is a wood burning stove which creates a pleasant warmth during the colder seasons (we help with fire-ligh.)

Enjoy nature and space: our ARTspace offers rare luxury on over 110 square meters in a former sawmill in a protected landscape. ARTspace is a sustainably renovated loft that offers plenty of space and features modern furnishings. Timber-framed elements, regional building materials, art and decor in calming colors, and a wood-burning stove create a cozy atmosphere. The forest, a bike path, and a hiking trail are right on our doorstep. Our property is powered by renewable energy from hydropower.

Located in the village of Bammental, about 9 km from Heidelberg, in a quiet, residential area. Suitable for 4–5 guests, it is a 5 min walk to the train (20 min to Heidelberg). Nearby attractions include Heidelberg Castle, the Technik Museums in Sinsheim and Speyer, Sinsheim Badewelt, Heidelberg Clinics, and Hockenheim Ring. Shops, bakery, organic food store, pharmacy, restaurants, cycle paths and woods are close by. Very close to the Bergstraße with castles, vineyards, and wine villages.

Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft bei deiner Wanderung. Das Cottage liegt ruhig am Ortsrand und steht in unserem Garten. Es verfügt über eine Gasheizung, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr, Besteck, Campingtoilette, Waschbecken, Bettwäsche, kleiner Mini-Kühlschrank und einer warmen Außendusche. Zusätzlich gibt es Heizdecken für gemütliche Abende. Ein Gas-Grill kannst du nutzen. Fahrräder stehen für zwei Personen bereit. Naturfreunde sind herzlich willkommen!

Neues modernes Loft

Unser Loft liegt in einer familiären Nachbarschaft und sehr zentral. Es sind 150m bis zur S- Bahn und 250m bis zur Straßenbahn die euch in ca. 20 min in die Stadtmitte bringt. Von dort aus kann man gemütlich in die Altstadt bummeln, vorbei an vielen Geschäften, gemütlichen Cafés und kann am Ende der Einkaufsstraße einen Blick auf das Heidelberger Schloss genießen. Man ist auch mit der S-Bahn schnell in Mannheim (ca 25 min) oder in Karlsruhe (ca 45 min). Perfekt für einen Tagesausflug.
