Ihr erreicht die Unterkunft über ein gemeinsames Treppenhaus, habt aber euren privaten Bereich mit Küche, Bad und Toilette. Hohe Decken mit Blick ins Gebälk geben der Wohnung eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Von hier blickt ihr auf den Fernsehturm und erreicht sowohl die Innenstadt als auch Bad Cannstatt in weniger als 15 Minuten. Wilhelma, Stadion und Mercedes-Museum sind gut erreichbar.
