Sijainti on suorastaan loistava huvivenesataman ja kauppatorin välissä, molempiin kävellen matkaa muutama minuutti. Näkymä huoneiston ikkunoista aukeaa viereiseen puistoon. Vanhassa kivitalossa sijaitseva asunto on jykevien seinien ansiosta hiljainen, ja sijaitsee länsipuolella taloa. Maksuton pysäköinti joko kadun varressa tai satamassa sijaitsevalla pysäköintialueella, jossa myös sähköautojen latauspiste.

Kaksion lasitettu parveke ja makuuhuoneen ikkunat ovat suoraan merelle päin, joten parempia näkymiä näiltä seuduilta on vaikea löytää. Lisäksi huoneistoon kuuluu autokatospaikka, joten autolla saapuminen ja pysäköinti majoittumisen aikana on vaivatonta. Sopii hyvin pariskunnille ja pidempiaikaiseen majoitukseen.
