It is 500 m2 estate,20 min by car from the Split and 4 km from the Trogir city. Property has three separated antique decorated apartments: 1.&2. on the groundfloor,3. on the first floor,30m2 HEATED pool,outdoor dining area, barbecue, large terrace that leads you up the stairs to the beach. The house is in the countryside in a small village called Dugobabe. It is a beautiful house with an outdoor pool, patio, and garden with domestic vegetables and a big cherry tree. House and the pool are private, you will be the only guests. A pool is heated. It's only 20 min away from Split and 5 min away from a highway. You will also have parking for your car. The pool is open from May to October.
