La mia mansardina è situata al quarto piano di uno stabile d'epoca, non c'è l'ascensore, ma i gradini sono bassi e non troppo faticosi, vi aiuterò a portare i bagagli. La zona è centrale, due minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria e dal terminal autocorriere. Piazza Unità d'Italia è a 10 minuti a piedi. I zona ci sono anche molte linee di bus urbani. Intorno a casa parcheggi non sono a pagamento e con un po' di fortuna si riesce a trovarne uno libero, in zona ci sono garage pubblici a pagamento.

Si tratta di un appartamento di 20m2 composto da una piccola camera matrimoniale, bagno e zona giorno con divano letto. Il centro città è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o in autobus.
