It’s an ideal starting point for exploring the hidden gems of Slovenian Istria.

The house is situated in a charming istrian village Dekani, close to the sea site and the old city center of Koper (10 km). The house is newly renovated in old istrian stile and with a marvelous sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped. You can also visit our wine cellar and old mill and have a taste of our wines. The location is also great for visiting Italy (Triest 15 km, Venice 160 km), the caves (Škocjanske – 30 km, Postonjske – 50 km), the capital Ljubljana (100 km) and Croatia (25 km).

Cosy and sunny apartment in the historic town of Koper, located on the third floor of a house, right next to the sea on the main promenade. In the main square of the city, wich is a 3 min walking distance from the apartment there is the city tower with a wanderful view on the city and surroundings. All main sights can be visited just by taking a walking tour of the city, there are also a lot of shopping centers, you can rent bikes, motorbikes or cars. The city beach is only few min away.

V njej so živeli naši stari starši in pra stari starši... med njimi tudi stara mama Carla (nona Carla), po kateri je vila dobila ime. Iz starih časov je ob hiši ostal tudi tipični vodnjak v katerem ni nikoli zmanjkalo vode in dve stari drevesi, ki ju boste takoj opazili; cipresa in murva. Spoznajte čarobno Istro!

You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.

Because the village has only a few tourist capacities, it has preserved its peaceful, local character.

Tourist farm RedFairytale is the name of our 3 lovely apartments, situated in the heart of nature with a relaxing view of our vineyard fields, olive groves, and surrounding Istrian houses, all designed in typical Istrian stone style. Apartment name ''Žaneštra" - Suitable for 2 to 6 people, with a max. of 4 adults and the n. of children allowed depending on the total capacity of the apartment. The size of the app. is 92 square meters.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!
