(lift gaat tot de 12de etage) Het uitzicht langs de kustlijn is onbeschrijfelijk mooi. De studio heeft een heerlijk balkon, waar u kunt genieten van de zonsondergang. De grote luxe badkamer is voorzien van een ruime inloopdouche, wastafel en toilet. De kitchenette is uitgerust met een combi magnetron, koelkast, koffiemachine (Nespresso) en waterkoker. Er is geen kookgelegenheid.
