Menzies Cottage is an hour east of Melbourne & set high on a mountain-side in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges. Enjoy views out to the Wellington Road farmlands & Cardinia Reservoir. On a clear day you can see Arthur’s Seat, Port Phillip & Westernport Bays. Visit nearby Puffing Billy Steam Train, go bushwalking, feed the friendly farm animals or settle-in for a lazy afternoon before watching the sun set. The cottage is fully self contained & with your own private entrance, deck & enclosed garden.

Oswin Roberts Cottage is situated in the nature park of Phillip island. High on a hill with stunning panoramic views of Rhyll inlet. Immerse your self in nature as you enjoy a glass of wine in front of the open fire indoor or out door fire pit. Oswin Roberts cottage is the only property on Phillip island with the proximity to the nature park. As night falls watch the majestic bird life and colours change over the Rhyll inlet, and watch wallabies come up to feed. The whole property is yours !!!

Emerald is a beautiful scenic town popular for its picturesque lake and parks and Puffing Billy. Nestled in between the quaint towns of Cockatoo and Belgrave, Emerald is a frequently visited town among tourists to the Dandenong Ranges region. Whispering Trees is a beautiful modern bungalow on our 1 acre property which is completely separate from the main house and within walking distance to the township. We think our bungalow is best suited for couples and solo adventurers and small families.

Located in the Sunderland Bay area on Phillip Island Victoria, home of the world famous Penguin Parade, within 10 minutes walk of Surfies Point Surf beach and 3 km from safe surf beach at Smiths Beach. The cottage built in 2014 is modern, fully self- contained, perfect for couples or a family with off street parking and safe play yard for children. Wheelchair ramp, Highchair & portable cot.

Cinta Cottage, Loch Village, South Gippsland

A wonderful cosy cottage, located centrally in the beautiful historic village of Loch, in the heart of South Gippsland, Victoria. Located on the main street just a gentle walk to the shops, cafes and brewery (& easy walking distance to events/markets). Loch itself is centrally located along the A440 for those exploring the beautiful Gippsland countryside on a driving holiday, it is also ideally located for breaking up a long drive to Wilsons Promontory or Phillip Island along this route.

Willow Gum Cottage

Tucked away on a hillside, beneath some beautiful gum trees, and just 5 minutes from the heart of Mornington and its sandy beaches, you'll find this charming two bedroom Miners Cottage. Wake up in the morning to the sound of kookaburras, relax on the large veranda looking out towards leafy Mount Eliza, watch Foxtel on the large TV, or sit out in the evening around the fire pit with a glass of wine from a local winery. Willow Gum cottage has everything for a unique and tranquil getaway.

A sweet, comfortable, private light-filled studio opening onto a small courtyard. Located in the heart of Northcote, only minutes from the High Street cafes, bars, music venues and public transport, this studio is suitable for one or two people. The studio is in the garden, has its own private entrance, wifi, an ensuite bathroom, some kitchen facilities, shared BBQ and outdoor eating setting. Occasionally at night you might see or hear native possums running across the roof.

Fairway Views accommodation

The lounge has soft furnishings and open fire place. We also have gas heating and a split air conditioner. There are two bedrooms , both with queen beds which consist of luxurious linen and towels, both have wardrobes and one has a desk.The bathroom has a modern walk in shower and toilet. We have a full-size kitchen with everything you will need .Laundry with washing machine & dryer, iron and another toilet . There is a fully enclosed deck with bbq, heater and seating for 8.

A Cottage with a View at Tudor Ridge

A cottage with a view at Tudor Ridge. Fully self contained stone farmhouse with two fireplaces. Two bedrooms with ensuite, one with Spa, also with kitchen and laundry. (For 2 guests, we lock off the second bedroom). The farmhouse was built back in the early 1900s as one of the original houses in the Kallista area. It boasts some of Melbournes most magnificant views. Views are to Cardinia Dam, down the Mornington Peninsula and to the Bays.

Sorrento Garden Cottage

The Cottage is ideally located a short walk to Sorrento Village - restaurants, cafes, and great shopping. An easy walk to ocean and bay beaches. A great base to explore golf courses, hot springs, wineries. There are many coastal walks to enjoy. The cottage provides a lovely space in which to relax. Long weekends are a minimum 3 night booking. * We would prefer guests to be fully COVID vaccinated. My husband and I are fully vaccinated.
