This is a rooftop area which has single air conditioned RCC room with attached bathroom and fully covered patio area where you can enjoy pleasant greenery and fresh air in centre of the city. Great choice for group of 1-6 people (unmarried couples not allowed). It's located in Bibwewadi area. My family stays on first floor and this room is on second floor hence it's safe even for ladies as our family will stay downstairs and we will be there for any help required. The layout has the period character of a classic Kokani home - Padvi's on all four sides, Oti, Mazghar, Devghar, Svaypakghar and a maze of interconnected rooms. The Bungalow is a single storied structure with a Mangalore tile roof. It is situated away from the road in a green compound and is spacious and well ventilated. It has three bedrooms with AC and attached baths, a living room and a kitchen. The backyard has an outdoor badminton court. We strive to provide a relaxed and peaceful stay to our guests.
