Within few steps/seconds you are at the main square of Kokkari village, the port, beaches, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, Pharmacy, grocery shops, backery shop, rental cars, motorbikes, scooters, ATM machines, a bus stop and free parking places. It was renovated in 2020 and is designed in a traditional - modern taste. The architecture is unique and natural.

Our house is a space for anyone who loves the immediate contact with the sea and the land. It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.

This is a beautiful little traditional fisherman's lodge in the most picturesque spot on the island. It offers a double bed on a raised wooden platform in traditional style, a bunk bed, private bathroom and fully functioning kitchen. The sea is just five meters from the room so you can listen to the waves lap on the shore as you sleep. This is a quiet neighbourhood so it is ideal for a couple or family with up to two children.

Just one step from the terrace to the beach! Unique house located right on the long beach of Kokkari. Perfect for couples, small groups of friends and families. Fully furnished with washing machine, tv and WiFi. Full-featured kitchen incl. espresso machine. Panoramic windows in the living room. Sun umbrellas and sunbeds for the beach for free disposal. Villa Ioanna was put in operation as a comfortable guest house in 2019.
